Refund Policy
STANDARD 2-7 BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND (Please note that this time may increase during peak season); PACKAGES 1-2 WEEKS
There are no refunds under any circumstances
unless I am at fault and/or agree on partial refunds. There are no refunds after the project has been started.
Ghost Policy
If a client starts a project and does not communicate
about the project and/or goes ghost for 25 days, the
project will be terminated with no refund. A $50 start-up fee will be required to begin the project again. After 50 days, the project cannot be resumed.
I will check in on clients before terminating projects.
Payment Policy
All accepted sources of payment are displayed at checkout. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
